Is there a fee for imprinting?
No. There is no charge for the imprinting of your Institution Name, Address and other contact information. You may add your company's logo or a logo associated with your company if you choose. A logo charge of $25.00 will be applied to your purchase order. |

Can I make changes to your standard copy?
Yes. All of our copy is written in house, but we do offer the option to modify, or write your own. A typesetting charge of $15.00 will be applied to your purchase order. |

Can I change the artwork?
Yes. We have a wide selection of designs. We can also do special designs as per the customer's request. A design charge will be applied to your purchase order. |

What is the turnaround time for your products?
Our normal turnaround time is 15 working days. Also communication with the customer will determine how fast or slow your order is fulfilled. |

How do you ship your products?
Shipping is normally handled through FedEx. However, should you desire to have your product shipped by an alternate means you may indicate this when placing your order. |

Keystone bills on an open account, which means you will be sent a payment invoice when your product is shipped. |
